And I pushed harder. Fast forward three years. I’m a freshman in college, majoring in kinesiology.

I work part-time at the student wellness center as a peer trainer and assistant for one of the wellness programs. Every fall, we do this thing called Fitness for All week—workshops, panels, free classes, the works. And this year, we’re hosting a keynote speaker.
