Currently, Henry has six grandchildren—India, Ace, Lulu, Jules, Gus, and Francis Joan—and another on the way. In a recent interview, the “Happy Days” actor expressed the happiness and meaning grandparenting brings.
“It’s completely different from being a parent, but filled with the same emotion.
Each grandchild is unique, so you approach each differently,” he shared.
Though each grandchild has their own personality, Henry enforces consistent house rules for family gatherings. He mentioned that although there are few rules, they remain the same no matter the visit.
“When our youngest granddaughter is asleep, no fighting or yelling is allowed.
And no matter their age, from 14 to 7, everyone clears their plate,” Henry stated.
